(Note: The Town Planning Task Force was disbanded in February 2008. All the remaining issues were taken up by the Pre-construction Task Force)

 


Terms of Reference



Having regard to the overall aims of the Business Facilitation Advisory Committee (BFAC), to -

  • Develop a review programme, in order of priority areas identified, for the regulatory framework on planning issues affecting pre-construction property development activities, to eliminate repetitive or excessive regulations, to cut red tape and to shorten the long lead time;
  • Oversee and monitor development of the review work; and
  • Report progress to BFAC on a regular basis
