|
![]() |
Dedicated Task Forces with representatives from the relevant business sectors are set up under the Business Facilitation Advisory Committee (BFAC) to conduct reviews on the regulatory framework of selected business sectors with a view to eliminating outdated, repetitive or excessive regulation on business and cutting red tape.
Currently there are three Task Forces reporting to the BFAC –
a. Retail Task Force;
b. Food Business Task Force; and
c. Pre-construction Task Force
(Note: The Town Planning Task Force has completed its reviews and was disbanded in February 2008.)
