Terms of Reference



Having regard to the overall aims of the Business Facilitation Advisory Committee (BFAC), to -

  • Develop a review programme, in order of priority areas identified, for the regulatory activities affecting the food business to eliminate outdated or burdensome regulations and to cut red tape;
  • Review other relevant areas to enhance the business-friendliness of government services to facilitate the food business;
  • Oversee and monitor development of the review work; and
  • Report progress to BFAC on a regular basis.
