e-Procurement Pilot Programme

The e-Procurement Pilot Programme is launched to test out web-based purchasing at departmental level for low-value, high-volume purchases of non-construction related goods and services up to HK$1.43 million.

At this stage, the e-Procurement Pilot Programme is being conducted at three departments (Pilot Departments), namely Environmental Protection Department, Immigration Department and Office of the Government Chief Information Officer. Your company, as a supplier of the Pilot Departments, can do business with the Government through convenient e-services.

Benefits of using the e-services under the Pilot Programme

Once your company has enrolled to use the e-services under the Pilot Programme, you can reap various benefits through the online platform such as receiving the latest news automatically, updating your company profile as well as products and services information online, receiving invitation to quotation from the Government and submitting your quotation over the Internet.
