The commonly used government forms are available in different formats. Below are the detailed descriptions of each format: 

Online Form

Online Form   You can fill out and/or submit (if applicable) this form to the Government online.

Some online forms are available for online submission.  For forms without online submission option, you can fill out these forms online and save/print the filled forms for submission via email, fax, post or other means according to instructions on the form.  Please refer to the link below regarding system requirements of using online forms on GovHK.
